The floating pontoon at the bottom of the garden is the property of the old Clan Morrison Hotel. Many of our guests have used this facility in the past but permission should be sought from Alan Morrison before tying up boats, angling etc. If it is used for boats it may be courteous to offer Alan a small donation to his repair fund.
The water comes from a private supply in the hill. It is often coloured by peat and although it is sterilised by the UV filter in the adjacent we usually use bottled water for cold drinks. We leave a bottle of water for each let and there are additional bottles on hand if you run out. Have a great stay.
