Our Tariffs and Availability

Prices shown are per week for up to 6 sharing and are based on Saturday to Saturday occupancy. Bookings for 2 weeks will receive a discount on the 2nd week and bookings for 2 people only will also receive a discount. Please see below.

A payment of £100.00 per week is required at the time of booking to secure your holiday.

Discounts

  • Multi Weeks First week charged at full rate then 10% discount off further weeks. The cottage will be cleaned and linen changed on middle weekends.

  • Returning Guests Many of our guests become regular visitors and we always offer a small discount for regular/returning guests, please use contact us to enquire.

  • Low occupancy for parties consisting of one or two people we offer a discount of up to £40 in high season.

Payments

  • Online Payments There is an on-line booking and payments system available below. Charges are automatically calculated at deposit only, with emailed details of how to make further payments later, as well as basic data fields (dates, name, contact details, etc). Such payments are via PayPal (allan.coutts@btinternet.com) and also permit the use of credit/debit cards at the payment stage. Confirmation will be sent by post within a few days.

  • BACS/Internet Banking Payments If you wish to book by paying your deposit by direct transfer (£100.00 per week), please contact us for bank details.

  • UK Cheques We accept UK cheques via post, our home address is Allan and Fiona Coutts, Cnoc-Fennaig House, Balvicar, Oban, PA34 4TF. Please make cheques payable to Allan Coutts.

  • International Bank Payments These can be accepted, please contact us regarding charges.

  • Full payment will be due approx 6 weeks before the start date of the holiday.

  • Short Stay Bookings It may be possible to book short periods when there is late availability, please contact us for prices.

“This cottage is very well equipped house which has all that a family would require for a very comfortable stay. The local food shop in Kilchoan is 30 minutes away fort William about 1:20 and there is a good Co-op on in Tobermory. As wildlife enthusiasts the added attraction of Pine Martins, Red deer in the garden was a very big draw and they did not disappoint. We saw the pine Martins on 4 nights and the deer on 4 occasions during the day casually in the garden. Easy access to Mull via the ferry from Kilchoan and to plenty of local walking this for us was a perfect house in a great location.”

“For wildlife enthusiasts or photographers it’s a great base. The cottage is well equipped. Kitchen fully functional, bedrooms comfortable and an open lounge. Gardens reach the loch and part are tidal channels. Pine Marten visited every day, from morning throughout the night. Sit and watch from the lounge or set up cameras and take some shots. Otters appears randomly along the coast so keep a sharp eye. A short drive north west and you’re in the hills, white tailed and golden eagle can been seen cruising up high. Kilchoan offers regular ferry services to Mull. There’s so much beautiful scenery you’ll be spoilt for choice. Roads are very narrow so speeds are low. If you want to enjoy Ardamurchan this cottage affords a great base.”
